Job summary

FARM Rio is seeking a Full-Time Stockroom Leader in SoHo, NY to lead daily warehouse operations for our fashion-forward brand. You will supervise stockroom staff, manage inventory accuracy, and ensure safe, efficient processes in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include receiving, organizing, and shipping, plus multi-store inventory oversight and staff training. A 2+ year supervisory background and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years in a stockroom supervisory role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with inventory software.
• Ability to lift and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and product availability.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory reconciliation.
• Monitor and manage stock rotation to minimize losses.
• Receive, process, and organize inventory; supervise stockroom staff.
• Ensure stockroom is organized, clean and safe at all times.
• Optimize stockroom space utilization and layout.
• Receive shipments, inspect quality, and prepare products for shipment.
• Coordinate with delivery personnel and track shipments.
• Fulfill store replenishment orders and manage stock transfers.
• Train new stockroom associates on procedures and safety.
• Handle mail distribution and multi-store inventory oversight.
