Role Overview

As a Stockroom Supervisor, you will oversee daily stockroom operations at the store level, ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient replenishment, and strong back-of-house execution. This is a non-customer-facing role focused on supporting store operations and sales performance through effective stockroom management. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, execution-focused leader who can guide teams in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Stockroom Operations & Inventory

• Manage daily stockroom operations, including receiving, sorting, storage, and replenishment support
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts and stock checks
• Coordinate timely replenishment based on store sales and operational needs
• Ensure stockroom organization, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and execution issues
• Partner closely with store front-end and cashier teams to support daily store operations
• Coordinate price tag updates to ensure in-store pricing aligns with system records
• Support promotional and seasonal activities through stockroom preparation and execution
• Lead and supervise stockroom associates to ensure operational efficiency and execution quality
• Support onboarding and skills training, including workflows, inventory procedures, and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with store management teams to support business and replenishment needs
