Foot Locker in Dallas is seeking team members to ensure stockroom accuracy, organize inventory, and support the sales floor, helping customers with product requests and keeping stock ready for the team.

You’ll participate in daily store operations, maintain stock and display readiness, and collaborate with leadership to meet store goals while embracing a positive, customer-focused culture. The role includes flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Experience in retail environments is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced store setting.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, process, and accurately check all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Assist in processing inventory movements between the store and distribution centers.
• Maintain a clean, organized stockroom aligned with safety requirements.
• Ensure stock levels, sizes, and styles are easy to locate.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor, including labeling and organizing display shoes.
• Support sales associates by ensuring products are readily available.
• Respond quickly to product requests from the sales floor.
• Help the store run smoothly during peak and non-peak hours.
• Assist with daily store tasks: restocking, fitting room upkeep, cash handling, floor cleanliness.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and SOPs to protect customers and products.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
• Collaborate with teammates and leaders to achieve store goals.
• Participate in training and coaching to grow professionally.
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive, team-oriented environment.
