Job summary

Bloomingdale's in Miami is seeking a Receiving Team Member to drive sales and maintain stockroom efficiency. You will offload, sort, unpack and prep new receipts, ensuring items are floor ready, tagged and properly ticketed.

The role requires strong communication, computer use, and flexibility to work day/evening hours, weekends, and holidays. Join a team focused on accuracy, organization, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse customers.
• Ability to read safety rules and manuals.
• Frequent use of computers and handheld devices.
• Flexible retail hours including evenings/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support receipt and dispatch of merchandise to company standards.
• Process merchandise to be floor ready, tagged and ticketed.
• Perform price changes, damages, salvages, and job outs.
• Receive and record trailer delivery.
• Maximize stockroom space and maintain organization.
• Keep receiving/stockroom clean, safe.
• Protect assets per procedures including Access Control and Merchandise Protection.
• Support Selling Team to ensure positive customer experience.
