Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a reliable Production Team Partner to join the Stockroom Department in North Carolina. You’ll help keep the production floor stocked, process orders, and maintain inventory while following safety guidelines. The role features a 40-hour week with weekends off and on‑the‑job training.

Starting pay is competitive with benefits including 401K matching, health insurance, and paid time off. Prior warehouse or stocking experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• High school education and/or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management.
• Ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical functions using standard units.

Responsibilities

• Perform in the Stockroom Department: Order Picking, Garment Grading, Inventory Stocking, Emblem Processing and Sewing, Merchandise Receiving, Inventory, Garment Alterations.
• Complete paperwork and recordkeeping in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean stockroom area.
• Follow safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines.
• Process orders for existing route delivery and new accounts.
• Assist with direct sales for customer delivery.
• Perform other duties as described by stockroom manager or management.
