Job summary

Boden is hiring a Retail Stock Associate to support stockroom and merchandising activities at our Nashville store. You will receive shipments, prep inventory for launches, and assist with floor-ready presentation while collaborating with store leadership.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have retail or stockroom experience, and are comfortable with Shopify/POS systems. The role requires standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and weekend availability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• Previous experience in a stockroom or retail environment preferred
• Experience with new product launches desirable
• Familiarity with Shopify or similar POS/inventory systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming stock shipments, check against packing slip, unbox, inspect, hang, steam
• Prep inventory ahead of monthly collection launches, ensure floor readiness
• Assist with steaming, folding, dressing mannequins, merchandising prep
• Process online returns accurately and promptly
• Assist with RTV items and recall shipments following guidelines
