Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Material Handler I (Stockroom) to receive, store, and issue materials in a fast-paced environment in Florida. The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, safety, and teamwork to support daily operations.

You will perform cycle counts, labeling, and material staging, while ensuring documentation aligns with packing slips and purchase orders. Onsite schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of stockroom, warehouse, or material handling experience.
• Ability to read packing slips, part numbers, and inventory records with strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials accurately and timely, verifying incoming shipments against packing slips, purchase orders, and other documentation.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and secure stockroom by performing cycle counts, updating inventory records, and ensuring proper labeling, rotation, and handling of materials.
• Support efficient operations by staging materials, assisting with shipping and transfers, reporting discrepancies, and following safety, quality, housekeeping, and continuous improvement standards.
