Job summary

Under Armour is hiring a Stock Keyholder in Oshkosh, WI. You will lead stock movement, keep shelves stocked, and ensure daily operations run smoothly to meet customer needs.

You will train teammates, enforce safety standards, and support store goals while maintaining brand standards. This role requires flexibility, readiness to lift items, and the ability to work evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail/stock or freight experience.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand, lift up to 25 lbs.
• Basic English and local language fluency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure store is fully stocked and easy to shop
• Implement visual merchandising standards
• Oversee markdowns and re-ticketing, stock transfers and damaged goods
• Coach, train and support teammates in merchandise handling
• Oversee loss prevention, safety, and audit expectations
• Execute store operations focusing on product flow to/from sales floor
• Maximize sales opportunities and communicate merchandising plans
• Model the UA service culture and exceed customer expectations
• Maintain SOP/Retail Operations Manual
• Perform other tasks as assigned
