Job summary

LI-COR in Bourne, MA is seeking a Stockroom Clerk to support Receiving, Production, Engineering, Sales and Marketing by preparing kits, stocking production floors, and managing stock levels.

Responsibilities include pulling material FIFO using BOM, water spider duties, cycle counting, cross-training in Shipping, packing and labeling, and maintaining a clean, organized stockroom. Strong attention to detail and basic measuring tools required.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with ERP systems is helpful.
• Familiarity with inventory control techniques and shipping methods.
• Planning work and being able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks is critical.
• Basic computer literacy is required.
• Must be able to use basic measuring equipment including calipers and interpret engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Kitting: pull material from stockroom shelves in FIFO, read BOM, assemble kits, verify counts and label, and transact parts in Syteline.
• Water Spider: stock and restock Production Floor benches and racks to ensure material is available and racks are organized.
• Cycle counting: count parts to maintain stock levels; use hand counts or scales as needed.
• Cross training in Shipping: assist in receiving, picking, packing, labeling, and assembly of products.
• Trash removal: keep stockroom clean and organized daily.
