Job summary

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory, processing material requests, and cross-training across supply chain functions while adhering to quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
• 3-5 years of material management or stockroom experience.
• Familiarity with basic BOM structures.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate physical and electronic inventory in the stockroom and on the manufacturing floor.
• Navigate company computer systems to identify the location of materials needed to fulfill kit requests.
• Handle materials, including receiving, repackaging, transacting, counting, and stocking parts in the main stockroom and manufacturing floor teams and cells.
• Operate material-handling equipment as needed.
• Cross-train and fill in as needed in other supply chain functions, including receiving, packaging, and shipping.
• Perform inventory cycle counts.
• Adhere to industry and company quality and safety standards.
• Train team members as needed.
• Other tasks as assigned.
