Job summary

Altar'd State is seeking a Brand Representative - Stockroom Specialist to drive revenue and deliver exceptional guest service. The role focuses on receiving shipments, organizing the stockroom, and fulfilling online orders while maintaining a clean store environment.

The position emphasizes relationship building with guests, adherence to service standards, and collaboration with store management to achieve goals.

Qualifications

• Provides excellent guest service by anticipating guest needs and adhering to service standards.
• Acknowledges, interacts and builds relationships with guests; creates guest loyalty.
• Communicates effectively with store management and guests.

Responsibilities

• All shipment should be dated, sorted by category, and processed within 24 hrs.
• Maintain organized stockroom and assist with backstock organization.
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash with care.
• Keep store clean, organized, and presentable; assist in displays.
• Follow loss prevention practices and report potential incidents to protect assets.
