Job summary

Coliseum Rodeo Shop in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. You will focus on merchandising presentation, stockroom organization, inventory replenishment, and processing shipments to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

You will collaborate with store management and the sales team, uphold merchandising standards, and provide friendly, professional service on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and respectfully.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, neat, organized, and safe stockroom at all times.
• Organize merchandise in the stockroom by category, style, size, and/or designated storage location for efficient product retrieval and replenishment.
• Ensure merchandise is properly folded, hung, sized, labeled and stored according to company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing sales floor throughout each shift.
• Replenish merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor consistently throughout the shift.
• Monitor merchandise levels and identify products, sizes, and categories that need to be replenished.
• Assist with receiving and processing incoming merchandise and shipments.
• Ensure new merchandise is processed efficiently and moved to the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of merchandise fixtures, shelves, display areas, stockroom areas, floors and counters.
