Job summary

Walmart in Madison, TN is hiring stocking associates to unload trucks and stock new freight. You will spend most of your shift in the backroom, lifting and moving heavy items and operating equipment such as forklifts if required.

Full-time position with competitive hourly pay from $18 to $31 per hour, plus performance incentives and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, dental, a 401(k), paid time off, and other employer programs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift heavy objects (>50 pounds)
• Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may be required

Job description

Hourly Wage: $18 - $31 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.
