Job summary

Walmart is hiring a Full-Time Stocking Associate in Swainsboro, GA. You will unload trucks and stock new freight, primarily working in the backroom to keep shelves full and organized.

Candidate must be able to lift heavy items (50+ pounds) and may operate forklifts or similar equipment as needed. This role offers a competitive hourly wage with possible performance incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Job description

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $19 - $32 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.
