Walmart in Sturgis, MI is hiring stocking associates for Walmart Supercenter #1771 located at 1500 S Centerville Rd, Sturgis, MI 49091. This is a full-time position with pay that reflects the local minimum wage and performance incentives.

Stocking associates focus on unloading trucks and stocking freight, spending much of their time in backroom areas. You must be able to lift heavy objects and may operate forklifts depending on the assignment.

Hourly Wage: $19 - $32 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.
