Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Stocking Associate for the South Gate Supercenter. The role focuses on unloading trucks and stocking freight, with the majority of time spent in the backroom.

Candidates must be able to lift objects over 50 pounds and may need to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $22 - $35 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.
