Job summary

Walmart Parkesburg is seeking a stocking associate to unload trucks and stock new freight in our backroom. You must be able to lift heavy objects over 50 pounds and may operate heavy machinery such as forklifts when required.

This is a full-time role with hourly wages ranging from $20 to $33, plus performance incentives and a comprehensive benefits package including health, 401(k), PTO, and educational programs.

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.
