Walmart at 1920 Highway 73, Atchison, KS 66002 is hiring stocking associates. The role focuses on unloading trucks and stocking new freight in the backroom, with the ability to lift objects over 50 pounds.

Some locations may require operating heavy machinery such as forklifts as part of daily duties. Full-time position with available shifts and a compensation package that includes hourly wages, performance incentives, and additional premiums in certain circumstances.

Hourly Wage: $20 - $33 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.
