Job summary

Walmart Supercenter Bloomington is seeking part-time Stocking Associates. You will unload trucks, stock new freight, and prep backroom stock, with emphasis on safety and efficiency. Ability to lift 50+ pounds is required and occasional forklift operation may be needed.

We offer competitive hourly pay and incentives, plus benefits consistent with part-time roles. Shifts include mid-shift and closing, with location at 3313 W State Rd 45, Bloomington, IN 47403.

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
  

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview
Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.
