Job summary

Walmart in Bismarck, ND is seeking a full-time stocking associate. You will unload trucks and stock new freight, spending much of your time in the backroom. The role requires lifting heavy objects over 50 pounds and may include operating forklifts or other heavy machinery.

Compensation includes an hourly wage of $16–$29 plus performance incentives and various benefits. This is an on-site, full-time position with multiple shift options to fit operational needs.

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.
