Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking team members for the CIN-EASTGATE, OH location to deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers throughout the store.

You will handle checkout with accurate cash handling, unload trucks, stock merchandise, manage planograms, and participate in store recovery to keep our brand promises. Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand long periods, move around the store, lift heavy boxes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers locate products and solutions.
• Execute fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock levels, following SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Support shrink, safety programs, and Omni channel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
• Promote the Michaels Rewards program and enroll customers when appropriate.

Store - CIN-EASTGATE, OHDeliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they’re looking for. Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience.
