REI Co-op is seeking an Operations Specialist to keep merchandise stocked, priced, and accessible on the sales floor, with warehouse organization and back stock care. You will support customers and teammates, follow safety procedures, and assist with flexible scheduling to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• Store retail experience (preferred).
• Ability to communicate and build relationships with customers and team.
• Open to feedback and other viewpoints to support the business.

• Keeps plans and progress in the loop and prioritizes tasks.

Responsibilities

• Unload and distribute merchandise from replenishment shipments.
• Price, organize, hang, and distribute merchandise according to stocking policies.
• Assist with sale preparation, recovery, damaged or returned merchandise.
• Support store pick-up and confirm product receipt.
• Maintain and organize store warehouse, supplies and fixtures.
• Assist customers with product, membership, and service questions.
• Follow loss prevention and safety procedures.
• Work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
