Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; providing guidance and support regarding self-service technology; assisting members with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving member issues and concerns; and promoting the company's products and services.
• Maintains safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps; following forklift spotting procedures; handling hazardous materials; reporting unsafe situations to management.
• Maintains the sales floor and merchandise presentation by zoning the area; stocking and organizing merchandise; setting up and cleaning displays; pricing merchandise; identifying shrink and damages; securing fragile high-shrink merchandise.
• Monitors product quality and displays promotional/seasonal merchandise; ensures proper rotation and date checks; adheres to policies and procedures.
• Completes work assignments by prioritizing, coordinating with managers and coworkers, and adapting to changes and feedback.
• Ensures club pick up orders are filled and staged according to policy and procedures; participates in daily fulfillment of club pick up orders.
