Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is hiring a Stocking Associate to help keep merchandise flowing from the backroom to the sales floor with accuracy and speed.

You'll receive freight, ticket, sort, and display products while working in a team-focused, process-driven environment. Flexibility in scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is expected as part of this role.

Base pay starts at $14 per hour, with potential eligibility for Burlington's benefits package for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Hands-on stocking experience preferred (receiving, sorting, ticketing).
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive freight and convey shipments from the shipping/receiving platform to backroom
• Process, ticket, store, move, and display merchandise
• Stock, organize and present new merchandise on the sales floor
• Perform other tasks as assigned by manager from time-to-time
