Meijer Inc. is hiring a Stocking Clerk to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain shelves, and support daily store operations. The role focuses on stocking, merchandising, and providing a friendly shopping experience as part of a team.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, with overnight shifts to ensure the store is ready for the day ahead, and opportunities for advancement through Meijer's development programs. This entry-level position emphasizes reliability and teamwork.

Formación

• Able to learn and use basic technology.
• Follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.
• Stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player who supports shared goals.
• Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move product from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure assigned areas are completed on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
