Total Wine & More is seeking a Merchandiser (Store Team Member) to deliver excellent customer service, maximize inventory, and support online operations including curbside and delivery when needed.
You will greet customers, build relationships, stock displays, manage signage, and stay informed about ads, promotions, and loyalty programs while maintaining store safety and compliance.
Hourly pay ranges from $15.37 to $21.52; benefits are included. Evening and weekend availability is required.
All Store Team Members play an essential role in building our company brand by delivering excellent customer service. You will maximize product inventory and support online business operations, ensuring a positive shopping experience. While both part-time and full-time positions generally focus on merchandising responsibilities, you may also be assigned sales, front end or other responsibilities as needed. Internally, you will be referred to as Merchandiser and report to the store management team.
If this job posting is coded as a seasonal role above, you can expect this position to be short term, no longer than six months, and you will have the option to apply for a non-seasonal role.
You will come with High school diploma or equivalent preferred 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.
Physical requirements (with or without accommodations) Must be 21 years of age or older Walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day Ability to safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets Climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead and repeatedly May be exposed to various outdoor weather conditions throughout the workday.
