Arizona Fine Wine and Spirits, LLC is seeking a Merchandiser to drive in-store merchandising, assist customers, and support online orders. You’ll report to store management and help with inventory, displays, signage, and curbside pick-up or delivery as needed.

You’ll participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to deepen product knowledge, while upholding safety, regulatory compliance, and great service standards on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Physical requirements: able to lift 50 lbs, stand long hours, and be active on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and build relationships with shoppers.
• Merchandise products, build displays and end caps, and update signage.
• Support online orders and curbside pickup/delivery when needed.
• Process freight, manage inventory, and ensure store cleanliness.
• Adhere to all laws and regulations related to alcohol sales.

Job Summary

All Store Team Members play an essential role in building the company brand by delivering excellent customer service. The role focuses on merchandising responsibilities, with additional duties in sales, front‑end, or other areas as needed. You will be referred to as a Merchandiser and report to the store management team. Responsibilities include managing product inventory, processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, placing signage, and supporting online business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in‑store and curbside pick‑up and delivery services, including driving and making deliveries if assigned.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe and compliant store environment.
• Complete cross‑functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
• Load and deliver orders in a safe and professional manner, following company policies and procedures and abiding by all traffic and safety laws.

Qualifications

• 1‑3 years of experience, 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical requirements: must be 21 years of age or older; walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8‑10 hours a day; safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets; climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead repeatedly; may be exposed to various outdoor weather conditions throughout the workday.
