Responsibilities

• Removes pallets from delivery trucks using scooter or pallet jack.
• Stages pallets and merchandise for inspections to meet HACCP regulations.
• Breaks down vendor pallets and sorts products for departments.
• Secures product on pallets by stocking merchandise and wrapping.
• Completes block tags with item number and date of delivery.
• Moves pallets to designated departments.
• Keeps work area safe by handling spills and disposing of trash.
• Performs safety checks on equipment before use.
• Provides prompt, courteous customer service and assists loading/unloading.
• Assists customers with locating products and provides information.
