Job summary

Lowe’s in Lansdale, PA is seeking a Receiver/Stocker to help keep the store clean, organized, and ready for customers. You’ll unload deliveries, stock shelves, and assist customers with locating products. The role is physical and fast-paced, with shifts that may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnight.

As part of our team, you’ll follow safety guidelines for hazardous materials and operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts. Strong customer service and teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience.
• Experience operating forklift or power equipment preferred.
• Warehouse experience and ability to handle manual lifting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers, answering questions, and offering support during projects
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, down‑stocking, organizing shelves, and setting up pallets
• Verify deliveries and operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following proper procedures for hazardous materials, equipment use, and housekeeping
• Operate store equipment including scanners and Zebra phones
• Complete other assigned tasks as a team member
• Use the Orders App to pick and stage Flatbed Delivery orders
• Load delivery orders with attention to quality, accuracy, and safe loading practices
• Communicate with customers to ensure delivery satisfaction
