Job summary

Goodwill Kent 360, WA store is seeking a part-time Stocker Merchandiser to maintain shelf stock and merchandising. Hourly rate is $17.13 per hour.

Responsibilities include stocking, setting up displays, rotating products, and providing friendly customer service while keeping the store safe and clean. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (preferred but not required), 1–3 months of related experience, reliable attendance, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Hourly Rate: $17.13 per hour

Position Summary: Responsible for maintaining shelf stock and department level merchandising.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Stocker Merchandiser responsibilities include the following and other duties as assigned:

• Placing merchandise on the sales floor and set up displays
• Cultivates a well-merchandised/displayed store
• Stocks store with merchandise as directed by store management

Customer Service

• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service to a variety of customers.

Product Rotation

• Rotates product on display based on the store's rotation schedule, including holiday merchandise.

Provide a Safe and Clean Environment for Customers

• Maintains a safe working/shopping environment for customers and employees.

Requirements

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
