Job summary

Goodwill is seeking a part-time Stocker Merchandiser at our Yelm, WA location. The role focuses on maintaining shelf stock and department merchandising to create an appealing shopping environment for customers.

Hourly rate is $17.13 per hour. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 months of related experience, and strong analytical or communication skills. This position requires ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work with a team to deliver great customer service.

Hourly Rate: $17.13 per hour

Position Summary: Responsible for maintaining shelf stock and department level merchandising.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Stocker Merchandiser responsibilities include the following and other duties as assigned:

• Placing merchandise on the sales floor and set up displays
• Cultivates a well-merchandised/displayed store
• Stocks store with merchandise as directed by store management

Customer Service

• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service to a variety of customers.

Product Rotation

• Rotates product on display based on the store's rotation schedule, including holiday merchandise.

Provide a Safe and Clean Environment for Customers

• Maintains a safe working/shopping environment for customers and employees.
