Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, courteous and friendly customer service.
• Removes boxes from pallets and places them on shelves as well as opens boxes and removes single items to re-stock shelves
• Rotates merchandise to prevent expiry on shelves
• Organizes and front faces items on shelves
• Performs proper inspections to meet HACCP regulations
• Reviews inventory for product rotation daily to prevent shrinkage and damages
• Ensures shelf pricing is correct and reflects latest pricing
• Maintains cleanliness with regular maintenance and cleaning below pallets
• Notifies supervisors of low stock/out of stock merchandise
• May work in other departments as needed
