Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Philippines Inc. seeks a warehouse associate to replenish products from transfers or receipts. Maintain a safe, clean work area and perform pre-operation safety checks before signing out equipment.

You will pull transfers, prepare merchandise, and re-slot returned items daily, ensuring overflow is labeled correctly. Responsibilities include coordinating with forklift drivers, keeping documentation, and following simple one- to two-step instructions.

Summary:

To replenish product from a transfer or from product being received.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain clean, orderly, and safe work area.
• Prior to signing out equipment performs operations and safety check.
• Signs out equipment by documenting the pre-operation checklist.
• Pull transfer from case slot to single slot.
• Compile a list of merchandise that needs replenished for forklift drivers to pull from overflow.
• Prepare merchandise to be stocked by cutting tops off product and cutting in half moon in the front of the boxes of products.
• Re-Slot all returned merchandise to its proper slot daily.
• Keep overflow properly labelled and tagged.

Education and/or Experience:

• No Prior experience or training required.

Language Skills:

Ability to read a limited number or two and three syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense to carry out simple one or two step instructions.

Certificates, License, Registration:

Must be trained and certified on each piece of equipment operated.

• Satisfactory work record and attendance.
• Ability to maintain a cooperative working relationship in the performance of duties.
