Cencora, Inc. in Ohio is seeking a warehouse associate to support our distribution services. The role offers a sign-on bonus of $2,000 and pay starting at $19.00 per hour, with potential to earn up to $22.99 per hour through incentives and shift differentials.

Monday through Friday shifts start at 6:00am and continue until finish, in a PKMS-enabled warehouse environment. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math and reading skills, and the ability to work well with others.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Good judgment and basic computer knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Operate in a PKMS-enabled warehouse to perform daily tasks.
• Accurately fill orders with correct quantity, size, strength, and NDC.
• Verify order accuracy after picking to prevent damage.
• Place merchandise on conveyor with clear route information.
• Check totes, cases, and paperwork prior to delivery.
• Assist with stocking shelves and inventory procedures.
• Maintain clean work area and comply with safety rules and DEA regulations.
• Work overtime and participate in physical inventory when needed.

Pay Details: Pay starting at $19.00/HR with potential for up to $22.99/HR based on a variety of earning opportunities including shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.

This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.

Responsibilities

• If a fully automated, PkMS enabled environment, must be able to utilize the functions of the warehouse management system in order to perform daily tasks.
• Accurately fills orders verifying quantity, size, strength, and NDC numbers.
• Checks each order after the order picking process is complete to ensure the product is placed and packed appropriate to prevent damage during transit; repacks order when necessary following quality standards and procedures.
• Carefully places merchandise containers on conveyor as requested, ensuring the route information is visible.
• Verifies that totes, cases, and paperwork are accurate prior to delivery.
• Promptly retrieves merchandise from floors, under shelves and from conveyor.
• Carefully and securely wraps breakable items in protective covering as requested.
• Assists with stocking shelves as requested.
• Assists with inventory procedures as requested.
• Maintains a clean work area to help ensure that merchandise remains clean and to help prevent work related injuries.
• Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and DEA regulations.
• Must be able to work overtime when necessary and participate in physical inventory.
• Performs related duties as assigned.

Education

Requires completion of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Skills and Knowledge

• Ability to read and understand the English language for the purpose of comparing and reading product descriptions, names and shelf labels.
• Must possess basic mathematical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with others.
• Strong organizational skills; detail oriented.
• Ability to use good judgment in order to carry out detailed instructions.
• Basic computer knowledge preferred.
