Job summary

SBM Management is hiring a Stocker in Lehi, UT. You will receive, unload, and store equipment, counting and verifying items against requisitions. This role maintains stock records and supports order fulfillment across channels.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with a clear MVR, forklift certification, and completion of safety trainings. The shift is Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm, with benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and move up to 35 pounds.
• No prior experience required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• Forklift certification required.
• Completed all safety and task training certifications.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, unpack, and store equipment, materials, or supplies.
• Verify received items against requisitions or invoices.
• Maintain inventory and stock records; prepare periodic stock counts.
• Ensure proper labeling and safe storage of items.
• Assist customers with orders via mail, web, or phone as needed.

Also, compiles stock records in stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard.**Roles & Responsibilities**To perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.* Accepts delivered packages and ensure proper amount is inside by Counting, sorting, or weighing delivered articles to verify receipt of items on requisition or invoices.* Unloads and examines stock to verify conformance to specifications.* Stores articles in bins, on floor, or on shelves, according to identifying codes such as style, size, price or type of material.* Makes sure the label is clear and visible.* Completes and helps customers mail, Web, and phone orders by retrieving the ordered merchandise.* Requisitions articles to fill incoming orders.* Maintains inventory and other stock records.* Prepares periodic, special, or perpetual inventory of stock.* Compiles reports on use of stock handling equipment, adjustments of inventory counts and stock records, spoilage of or damage to stock, location changes, and refusal of shipments.* Distributes and moves stock among production workers in all departments.* Verifies equipment is in working order, meets safety requirements, and helps facilitate repairs/replacement as needed.* Determines methods of storage, identification, and stock location, considering temperature, humidity, height and weight limits, turnover, floor loading capacities, and required space.* Cleans and organizes all stock locations and makes sure it complies with safety and environmental rules, policies and procedures.
