You don't need prior experience for this role! We'll happily train and support you as you grow. To be successful, you'll need to be able to:
Accountable and Reports to: Store Director, Store Manager, Assistant Managers of Store Operations, Perishables, Health and Wellness Home, and Service Managers
High school diploma or equivalent required. Up to six months of similar or related work experience preferred.
Ability to frequently stand and walk throughout a shift in sales, food service, or delivery areas. Ability to safely use sharp knives and blades for food preparation. Exposure to heat- and burn-related hazards associated with cooking, baking, or grilling equipment. Ability to operate a delivery vehicle in accordance with applicable DOT standards. Exposure to bloodborne pathogens in pharmacy roles involving dispensing medications or administering immunizations. Ability to perform repetitive standing, walking, reaching, and bending associated with order fulfillment, POS transactions, and cleaning/sanitation duties.
This is a physically demanding, hands-on role performed throughout the store. You may encounter daily exposure to dirt, noise, equipment movement hazards, and cleaning chemicals or solvents, with occasional exposure to temperature extremes and potential electrical shock. The role involves working with and around heavy store equipment. Safety is always a priority, and training is provided to help ensure a safe and supportive work environment.
