Job summary

GPM Investments, fas mart in King William, Virginia, is seeking a Stocker for second shift to stock coolers, shelves, and displays, and to perform store cleaning. The role reports to the Store Manager and requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to work with cleaning chemicals.

You must be at least 18, fluent in English, and able to stand and walk throughout the shift, with shifts typically between 1 pm and 10 pm.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Able to bend, stand, and walk during the shift.
• Able to climb ladders.
• Able to work with cleaning chemicals.
• Able to lift 10–50 lbs repeatedly or occasionally 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers in a friendly manner as they enter the store or gas island.
• Stocks coolers and freezers to planogram.
• Stocks store shelves and displays to planogram.
• Cleans coolers and store shelving.
• Rotates back stock to the sales floor using FIFO.
• Prices products per company standard.
• Safely uses tools and equipment (ladders, gloves, etc.).
• Cleans and restocks restrooms, beverage and food service areas, and gasoline island supplies.
• Cleans gas pumps and store windows/sills.
• Cleans and organizes back rooms.
• Other duties as assigned.

Stocker

Salary: USD $13.00/Hr. – USD $15.00/Hr.

Position Type: Part-Time

Shift: 2nd shift (hours could fall between 1pm to10pm)

Overview

The Stocker is responsible for stocking and cleaning of the store. The Stocker reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers in a friendly manner as they enter the store or the gas island
• Stocks coolers and freezers to planogram
• Stocks store shelves and displays to planogram
• Cleans coolers and store shelving
• Rotates back stock to the sales floor using the FIFO method
• Prices products per company standard
• Safely performs all duties using required tools (ladders, step ladders, tools, gloves, et al)
• Cleans and restocks restrooms
• Cleans and restocks beverage and food service areas
• Cleans and restocks gasoline island supplies
• Cleans gas pumps
• Cleans store windows and sills
• Cleans and organizes back rooms
• Other job related duties as assigned
