Job summary

ZippyApp - Recruitment Marketing is seeking a dependable Stocker to help keep aisles stocked and the store in good shape. You will unload deliveries, check in items, and ensure UPCs match on shelves across departments.

Responsibilities include stocking items in correct locations, keeping shelves neat, assisting customers with carrying items to their vehicles when needed, and helping with cleaning tasks like sweeping and mopping on truck days.

Qualifications

• Unloaded and stocked goods in a timely manner.
• Checked in items on invoices and verified UPC accuracy.
• Maintained correct shelf placement and alignment with tags.
• Kept store neat, swept and mopped as needed.

Job description

Stockers help the store stay in good shape and put out freight. It is their job to help keep up with the product that flows into the store.

Requirements/Responsibilities

• It is a stocker’s responsibility help unload the truck when it gets to the store. Whether this is getting in the delivery truck, loading items on U-boats or placing them on isles.
• Help check in items on the invoice.
• Stock items correctly matching the UPC on the shelf tag with the UPC on the product in all departments of the store.
• Make sure that when stocking they are putting the product in line and turned in a way that fits the place on the shelf that the item was tagged.
• Help condition/recover the store after the truck is completed on truck days and any other shift that they work.
• Helping customers that need help transporting their items to their vehicles.
• Helping sweep and mop as needed and helping with the general cleanliness of the store.
