Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Stock Supervisor to oversee back-of-house operations, ensure efficient stockroom organization, and maintain inventory accuracy. You will coordinate product intake and outflow, conduct cycle counts, and support store management to uphold standards and minimize losses.

You will lead stockroom activities, supervise staff, and collaborate with sales teams to ensure timely replenishment and accuracy across omnichannel fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail inventory and stockroom management, incl. cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
• Experience supervising back-of-house teams and coordinating with sales staff.
• Proficiency with inventory/retail systems such as SAP, PRISM, or Smart XP.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and loss prevention awareness.
• Ability to collaborate with store management, perform audits, and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

This role coordinates product intake and outflow, executes cycle counts and stock-takes, and acts as a liaison between sales staff and store management to maintain operational standards and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Organize sellable product and maintain stockroom efficiency to support timely replenishment of the sales floor.
• Manage product intake, rotations, returns, repairs, and non-sellable items such as packaging and uniforms.
• Execute regular cycle counts and annual stock-takes; reconcile discrepancies and report losses or unusual adjustments.
• Support omnichannel fulfillment (ship-from-store) to ensure prompt execution and minimize cancellations.
• Implement and enforce back-of-house policies and loss prevention procedures; coordinate audits and action plans with Store Manager.
• Utilize company systems (SAP, Smart XP, PRISM, After Sales App) to track stock movements and inventory metrics.
