Job summary

Windsor Fashions in Wichita, KS is seeking a Part Time Stock Stylist to support leadership in delivering our mission and to showcase Windsor products with passion.

You will assist with shipments, signage, markdowns, and merchandise operations, while engaging customers using Windsor's selling approach.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak English.
• Eligible to work at least 16 years old.
• Able to stand, bend and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible and reliable with your schedule.
• Retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments and update promotional signage.
• Complete markdowns and maintain store merchandising.
• Support leadership and help drive the store on shift.
• Deliver Windsor Visual Guidelines in customer interactions.

Physical Demands:

Frequently stands, walks, observes, bends and pushes. Must be able to count, communicate, read and write in English. Must be able to: access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area and register area, operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store, climb ladders, move or handle merchandise or supplies throughout the store (generally weighing from 0-25 pounds) and work varied hours/days to oversee store operations. Environment is fast paced and indoor temperature conditions vary.
