Job summary

Lowe's is hiring for a Receiver/Stocker. You will unload deliveries, stock shelves, and keep areas clean and safe for customers. Expect physical work with varying shifts including mornings, evenings, or overnight depending on store needs.

You'll operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts, assist customers, and support store operations with accuracy and teamwork. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• Experience operating forklift/power equipment preferred (3 months).
• Experience in a warehouse handling inventory preferred (6 months).

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by assisting customers and answering questions.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight and organizing shelves.
• Verify deliveries and prepare the dock using equipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and follow hazardous materials guidelines.
• Operate scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts and other store tools.
• Collaborate with team to complete additional tasks.
• Use Orders App to pick and stage Flatbed Delivery orders.
• Load delivery orders safely and verify quality.
• Communicate with customers to ensure delivery satisfaction.
• Execute Delivery Readiness best practices.
