Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is seeking a frontline team member to replenish shelves and assist with stockroom organization at our Houston store. You will ensure products are faced, rotated, and neatly presented according to company standards, while supporting unloads and maintaining safety.

This role requires standing for long periods, ability to lift 20–50 lbs, and a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will also help customers on the sales floor as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, warehouse, or stocking experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to usually 20-50 lbs.
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
