Job summary

PaperWorks in Wabash, IN is seeking an experienced Stock Prep Superintendent to lead the Stock Prep department at our mill, driving reliability, safety, and production performance. You will mentor a diverse team of salaried and hourly staff, implement preventive and predictive maintenance, and partner with operations and maintenance to improve productivity and control costs.

Candidates will bring proven paper mill leadership, strong problem-solving skills, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

We’re looking for an experienced Stock Prep Superintendent to lead a critical department at our Wabash, IN mill and play a key role in maximizing production, reliability, safety, and team performance.

In this high‑visibility leadership role, you’ll oversee Stock Prep operations, develop and mentor a talented team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure our equipment, processes, and team members operate at their best. You’ll partner across departments to solve complex challenges, improve operating performance, and build a culture focused on safety, accountability, and operational excellence.

• MUST HAVE PAPER MILL EXPERIENCE.
