Job summary

Sam's Club in Langhorne, PA is seeking a merchandising and stocking associate to help members find items and keep shelves neat. You may unload trucks, stock backrooms, and assist with club pick-up orders, all while maintaining a clean, organized store environment. This is a fast-paced, physical role designed to keep members satisfied.

You will engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude, support team members, and ensure product rotation and shelf readiness to meet company standards.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; assisting with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving issues and promoting products and services.
• Maintains safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps, following procedures for hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe conditions to management.
• Maintains the sales floor and merchandise presentation by zoning the area, stocking, organizing displays, and pricing merchandise.
• Completes work assignments by collaborating with managers and coworkers, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and adapting to change.
• Ensures club pick up orders are filled by assisting with picking orders and staging according to policy.
