Job summary

Under Armour is seeking a Stock Associate in our Maryland store to keep shelves stocked, merchandise flowing, and customers satisfied. You will work with a great team, stay organized, and make things happen behind the scenes.

This role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and adherence to UA standards as we deliver top products and seamless in-store experiences. Great for energetic individuals who enjoy fast-paced retail.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old, or 16+ in the EMEA region.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Can stand, walk, bend and lift cartons up to 25 lbs/12 kgs per shift.
• Comfortable with technology such as computers and handheld/mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise shipments.
• Replenish the sales floor.
• Manage markdowns, re-ticketing, stock transfers and damaged goods.
• Keep store, sales floor and stockrooms clean and organized.
• Handle omni-channel requests per UA process and policy.
• Model UA service culture and customer expectations.
• Adhere to visual standards to maximize merchandise presentation.
• Support safety standards and communicate concerns to leadership.
• Follow Loss Prevention policies and report unusual activity.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals.
• Pursue self-development and growth opportunities.
