Job summary

Walmart Hendersonville, TN is seeking a merchandising & stocking associate to help members find products, unload trucks, stock shelves, and keep the store neat and safe. The role is fast-paced and physically demanding, including lifting boxes over 25 pounds and assisting vendors.

You will work with teammates to ensure club pickup orders are accurate and ready, while engaging with members about self-serve options.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge members and identify needs; guide and support self-service technology; assist with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness by performing safety sweeps and following procedures.
• Keep the sales floor and displays organized; stock shelves and organize product displays.
• Engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude; monitor product quality and display standards.
• Complete tasks by prioritizing, communicating progress, and adapting to change; assist with club pickup orders.
• Support with picking and staging club pickup orders; ensure items are ready per policy.
