Job summary

Aéropostale in Spokane, WA is seeking a Stock Associate to help move merchandise from stock room to the retail floor and support customer service at the register when needed. You will process deliveries, maintain stockroom organization, and assist in floor set execution to ensure appealing merchandising and efficient store operations.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings/weekends, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a strong orientation toward teamwork and accuracy.

• Bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in making sales goals by consistently executing the merchandise flow routines.
• Process merchandise deliveries in accordance with the store delivery schedule.
• Maintain an organized and clean stockroom.
• Work with management to execute floor sets.
• Ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are met consistently.
• Assist in the execution of the physical inventory process.
• Support the store management team with shortage reduction measures.
