Job summary

Under Armour in Elizabeth, NJ is hiring a Stock Keyholder to keep product moving and shelves stocked. You’ll lead shipments, pricing, and stockroom standards to ensure customers find what they need, when they need it.

You’ll supervise stock operations, train teammates, and uphold visual merchandising and loss-prevention standards in a fast-paced retail environment. The role offers growth opportunities and competitive benefits including employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail/stock or freight experience.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Local language fluency; basic English is a plus.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Comfortable with technology such as hand-held devices.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure store is fully stocked and easy to shop.
• Oversee stockroom standards and product flow between stockroom and sales floor.
• Coach, train and support teammates in merchandise handling.
• Oversee loss prevention, safety, and audit expectations and results.
• Execute store operations focusing on product flow to/from the sales floor.
• Maximize sales opportunities and communicate merchandising opportunities to store leadership.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals.
• Assist with cash desk/ticketing as needed.
• Maintain SOP/Retail Operations Manual and standard procedures.
