Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to work independently with Store Sales Manager and/or Assistant Managers.
• Knowledge of general retail practices and teamwork.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Elevate the store experience by delivering world-class customer service.
• Check in and unpack shipments, organize inventory, and support product requests.
• Assist with store transfers and reworks to keep displays bold and iconic.
• Perform accurate inventory counts and prepare stock for floor replenishment.
