Von Maur is seeking a Stock & Housekeeping Department Manager to lead a team and ensure the store stays clean, well-stocked, and efficiently organized throughout the day.

You will motivate associates, supervise duties, and manage tasks to meet operational goals while maintaining a welcoming store environment. The role requires day, evening, and weekend availability and includes competitive wages and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Motivate associates to perform duties efficiently – train, coach and lead by example
• Execute all duties of a stock & housekeeping associate and ensure department duties are completed accurately and timely
• Assess associate performance and provide feedback to improve the quality of service and store appearance
• Ensure all equipment works properly and supplies are available to complete daily tasks
• Manage task lists and prioritize requests
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
